As a Puritas co-founder, Mike’s long involvement and experience ideally places him to understand, promote and deliver the company’s specialisms, solutions and powerful blend of competences.

His role is primarily externally facing, focused on ensuring critical business growth and ongoing success. His responsibilities encompass strategic product development, strategic partnering, client operations oversight, new business development and existing client relationships.

Mike’s career focus has always been within the finance industry, with specialist interest in technology and change. Early roles took him into banking, securities and funds, progressing into senior management positions which he held until moving on in 2004. A spell as change consultant came next, followed by founding Puritas in 2006.

Away from work, Mike makes time for golf and cycling, alongside a dedication to family, friends and enjoying life in Jersey.
