Nicole graduated from Jersey International Business School with a First-Class degree in International Financial Services via the University of Buckingham in October 2017.

Joining Puritas in April 2020 as a Business Analyst, Nicole used her experience of working in fund administration to specialise in supporting significant internal projects. Collaborating closely with clients and stakeholders, Nicole identifies needs and crafts business requirements documentation to guide our software developers in creating new software solutions.

After a short career break to live abroad and travel South-East Asia, Nicole has returned to Puritas in March 2025 with a fresh focus on Project Management, now working with the team to effectively plan and manage our deliveries. Nicole is currently completing the BCS Business Analysis and Requirements Engineering Practitioner exams to continue her contributions to client projects, which will be followed by studying towards the Association of Project Management qualifications to progress her professional project career.

In her spare time, Nicole can be found reading a fiction novel, painting watercolours or doing make-up for friends or family, as she is a qualified make-up artist for fashion, media and photography. Nicole works best when blending both her creative and academic strengths to build solutions.
