As a Puritas co-founder, Mike combines extensive financial services experience with a strategic focus on technology and change. His career spans banking, securities and funds, where he progressed into senior management positions before transitioning into change consultancy in 2004.

Paul Madden

Paul is a co-founder of Puritas and brings deep engineering expertise to the company's technical strategy. His career began with an Electronic Engineering Apprenticeship at the Ministry of Defence Bath, followed by a degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Wales, Bangor.

Jaz Stringer

Jaz joined Puritas in November 2007 as a Senior Technical Consultant and leads development initiatives for the company. His finance technology expertise stems from over seven years at Barclays, where he began his career in the funds industry before transitioning to information technology, where his passion truly lay.

Nicole Feighan

Nicole graduated from Jersey International Business School in October 2017 with a first-class degree in International Financial Services via the University of Buckingham. She joined Puritas in April 2020 as a Business Analyst, leveraging her fund administration experience to support significant internal projects.

Oly Le Feuvre

Oly joined Puritas in May 2009 and is a key member of the development team, working at a senior level on the design, delivery and ongoing improvement of the company’s software solutions. He was educated at De La Salle College in Jersey before studying Computer Science at the University of Sussex, graduating with first-class honours in 2008.

Andy Venables

Andy joined Puritas in February 2014 as a Technical Consultant and brings significant software development experience to the team. His interest in technology began in childhood during the 1980s home computer revolution, exploring early 8-bit microcomputers from his Sinclair ZX80 through extensive coding sessions with a ZX Spectrum.

Daniel Madden

Daniel joined Puritas Liverpool office in June 2018 as a Software Developer. After completing high school, he studied for an Information Systems Diploma at King George V College, achieving the highest possible grade before progressing to Computer Science at Edge Hill University, where he was awarded the High Achievers Scholarship.

Emma Billington

Emma joined Puritas in June 2023, bringing solid software development experience to the Liverpool team. She holds a degree in Computer Studies from Liverpool John Moores University and began her professional career in 2015 as a full stack developer, building her technical skills across multiple technology platforms.

Ion joined Puritas in 2020, bringing extensive software development and team leadership experience. He holds a degree in Public Administration and Computer Science and worked for several companies in Romania as a Software Developer, progressing to Senior Developer and then Team Manager before relocating to the United Kingdom in 2017.

Marcel Filipowicz

Marcel joined Puritas in 2020 as a Developer and contributes to the company's software development function. Prior to joining Puritas, he gained professional experience in the creation of bespoke client solutions and plug-ins while working for a local software development consultancy, building a foundation in custom solution delivery.

Sorin Mihu

Sorin joined Puritas in April 2016 as Business Analyst and works closely with clients to understand their business requirements and identify how Puritas solutions and bespoke applications can support their growth. He is a self-motivated professional who believes that working in a friendly, solution-oriented environment is essential for effective business outcomes.

Alan Duffy

Alan brings extensive financial services experience and insightful understanding to both Puritas and its clients. His career began at Barclays International Managed Funds Limited, where he built a wide portfolio of knowledge and developed competence through engagements with leading banks and financial services providers.

Priyanka Badhe

Priyanka joined Puritas in April 2022 as a Junior Software Tester and has become a valued member of the team. Her career in information technology began as a tester at a dynamic start-up in India, where she developed her foundational testing skills and problem-solving approach.

Louise Woodward

Louise joined Puritas in 2020 and brings staunch dedication, precision execution and strong attention to detail alongside extensive fund industry knowledge and experience. Before joining Puritas, she spent much of her working life in the funds industry, beginning in fund administration before progressing to consultancy and transfer agency system testing roles.
